Description

Throughout the 1980s, Brad Kesten continuously shot over 50 commercials, worked on various print work and earned guest roles on several network dramas, sitcoms. Trapper John, M.D., Diff'rent Strokes, Silver Spoons and the hit comedy "Taxi" to name a few. Brad also voiced many of film's most iconic characters for Universal Studios' The Natural, Gremlins, Uncommon Valor and Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, later being cast in theatrical roles, including, "Monster in the Closet", "Summer Camp Nightmare" and "She's out of Control". Brad's principal voice-over career took off in 1981 shortly after being cast as the voice of "Charlie Brown." Brad soon recorded 9 CBS Prime Time Specials, The Emmy Nominated, What Have We Learned, Charlie Brown, the Animated Musicals, You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown, It's Flashbeagle, Charlie Brown and The classic Saturday Morning Cartoon Series "The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show!" In 1990, Brad enlisted in the United States Army during Operation Desert Shield as a 19d Cavalry Scout and later worked as a Department of Defense Security Contractor for Hughes Missile Systems. Brad still works as an actor and appears at Comic-Con to meet and speak with veteran and new up and coming animators, fans and voice-over artists to answer questions and share memories about the personal years, the good times working with legends Charles Schulz, Bill Melendez and Lee Mendelson and having voiced America's most beloved iconic character, Charlie Brown.
